The responsibility of a Personal Trainer is quite the double edged sword. A symmetrical balance of scientist and artist. Foundational principles and laws of physics must surely be applied, yet the artistic balance of placement and timing ring true as well. Each individual has physical and structural limitations. This same individual also possesses limitless possibilities to improve their health, standards of living, and physical form. It has been my ultimate professional goal to show the client how this can be done. In the last 21 years, I have failed and succeeded more than I can remember. Ultimately it is now we, as a team, process and disseminate the revelatory knowledge needed to continue to show the clientele success!
