Our sessions provide verbal, visual, and physical cuing to enhance neurological efficiency between the nervous system and muscles. These techniques establish a mind/muscle connection which helps to keep the muscles strong but bones and joints healthy and injury free. 
IHF trainers have been trained through the Resistance Training Specialist program as well as other types of higher learning to understand how force affects the body. This is essential when designing a strength training program or any other exercise program.  All exercise is actually resisted exercise because force is required at some level to execute that given exercise.

Every individual is different and each has there own unique lever system of which influences the individuals’ tolerances to force. Our certified trainers are motivated to learn about you and your unique needs and design a fitness program that matches your lifestyle and goals.
